Online readers’ panel and community website for a publishing group

Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial

Following our successful previous collaborations, Penguin Random House asked us to build their online panel and community for their loyal Spanish-language readers. The platform would allow them to carry out market research via online surveys sent to groups targeted by reader preferences (eg. genre, format). We fully designed and programmed the site – called El Iglú ("the igloo") integrating it with the client's chosen survey software and online marketing tools.
